Ingredients
plantain | 1 |

ginger garlic paste | 1/4 spoon |
oil | 1 spoon |
turmeric | pinch |
salt | to taste |
red chilli powder | 1/2 spoon |
coriander leaves | some |
mint leaves | some |
milk | 1/2 cup |
garam masala(optional) | 1/2 spoon |
Method
peel the plantain and wash it cut into medium size pieces.
put this plantain pieces in salt water( adding 1 spoon of salt).
wash onion and green chillies and cut into small pieces.
mint and coriander leaves also wash properly and keep them separatly.
1.add oil in a pan.
2.after heating oil add onion and green chillie pieces and fry till onion pieces becomes golden colour.
3.add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1minute.
4.then add mint leaves and fry for 2 minutes.
5.strain plaintain pieces from water.add .
6.add turmeric ,salt,red chilli powder and mix all very well.
7.cook for some time(5 minutes).
8.when plantain pieces cooked 3/4 then add creamy milk and mix the curry .cook for 5 minutes in low flame.if you like can add garam masala powder also.
9.when oil in the curry coming out add coriander leaves and put off the flame.
