boiled eggs in water. when eggs are boiling add 1/2 spoon salt to remove bacteria on the shells of egg.
after egg are boiled put off the flame.
remove shalles.
cut onions and green chillies into pieces.
soak tamarind flakes in 1 cup of water.
1.add oil in a pan.
2.after heating the oil add onion and green chillie pieces and fry for some time.
3.when onion are fried add tomato pieces and cook until tomatoes become soft.
4.then add turmeric,salt,green chillie powder and jaggery mix all very well.
5.extract juice from soaked tamarind flakes.
6.add boiled eggs .cook for 1 minutes.
7.then add tamarind juice and cook for 5 minutes.
8.taste the if salt and spicy is enough or not.
9.if not enough add some more .
10.finally add coriander leaves and put off the flame.
