Method
wash keema carefully.better to wash using tea net (sieve).
cut onions and green chillies into small pieces.
after washing the keema add turmeric,salt and red chilli powder and mix with all very well.marinate for 15 minutes.with out marination also we can prepare this curry.
1.add oil in a pan.
2.after heating the oil add cloves,elachi and cinnamon.fry for 20 seconds.
3.add onion and green chillie pieces.fry for 5 minutes.
4.when onion pieces turn into golden colour add ginger garlic paste.
5.fry for 1 minute.
6.then add marinated keema and cook for some time.
7.when water is coming from the keema put flame in low and cook for some time.
8.when water in keema curry completely evoparated add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 5 minutes.
9.when oil in the curry is coming out add coriander leaves and put off the flame.
