Method
wash vegetable with plenty of water.
soak tomatoes in salt water for 30 minutes.
after washing the tomatoes and onions cut into small pieces.
cut green chillies also.
wash coriander leaves and mint leaves and keep them aside seperatly.
1.add oil in a pan .
2.after heating the oil add cloves,elachi,and cinnamon and fry for 20 seconds.
3.then add onions and green chillie pieces.fry for 5 minutes.
4.when onion pieces turn into golden colour add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1minute.
5.then add mint leaves and fry for 1minute.
6.add tomato pieces .cook for some time.
7.when water is coming from tomato pieces add turmeric,salt ,red chilli powder and mix all very well .cook until water is evoparated.
8.add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 5minutes.taste the curry if salt is enough or not.oil in the curry is coming out .
9.finally add coriander leaves.put off the flame.
