Spicy Potato deep fry

potato deep fry
Ingredients

potatoes 1/4 kg
oil 5 spoons
salt to taste
red chilli powder 1 spoon
turmeric pinch
garam masala 1/2 spoon


Method
wash potatoes with water and peel the upper layer of potatoes.
1.cut potatoes into small pieces and put in salt water.
2.add oil in a pan .
3.after heating the oil add potato pieces which are drain from water.
4.put high flame for 2 minutes.
5.this is not deep fry.this is shallow fry.
6.put the flame in low.
7.fry till potatoes become dark golden colour.
8.add turmeric,salt and red chillie powder and mix all very well.
9.put off the flame.serve hot.
