curry leaves chutney
Ingredients


curry leaves 1 cup
dry chillies 7
garlic cloves 10
cumin  seeds 1 spoon
salt to taste
tamarind 2 flakes
jaggery small piece
mustard seeds 1/4 spoon
urad dal 1/4 spoon
oil 4 spoons




Method
pour 1 cup of water in a vessel.add tamarind and jaggery.boil for 2 minutes.
clean curry leaves and keep them aside.
1.add oil  3 spoons of oil in a pan.
2.after heating the oil add dry chillies.fry for 1minute.keep them aside.
3.add curry leaves and fry for 2 minutes.donot fry till curryleaves become crispy.
4.add  fried dry chillies, fried curry leaves ,cumin seeds,garlic cloves,boiled tamarind water with jaggery,and salt in a mixie jar and make a paste.
5.add one spoon of oil in a pan.
6.after heating the oil add  mustard seeds .
7.when mustard seeds started to crackle add urad dal.
8.fry till urad dal become golden colour.
9.add curry leaves put off the flame.add curry leaves paste .and mix all very well.
10.healthy and delicious chutney ready to eat.enjoy......
