Dosakaya pachchadi

cucumber chutney
Ingredients

cucumber 1/4 kg
green chillies 8
garlic cloves 10
cumin seeds 1 spoons
salt to taste
tamarind  2 flakes
oil 1 spoon
mustard seeds 1/4 spoon
urad dal 1/4 spoon
curry leaves some 
coriander leaves some



Method
peel and wash cucumber with water.
cut into very small  pieces(pomegranate seeds size).taste  cucumber piece because it may be bitter.seeds of cucumber may have the bitterness .so donot forget to taste cucumber seeds and cucumber piece also.
clean and cut green chillies into two pieces.
1.add oil  in a pan.
2.after heating the oil add green chilli pieces.and fry  for 2 minutes.
after frying the green chillies keep them aside.
3.add mustard seeds .after they crackled add urad dal and fry till dal changes its colour.
4.add curry leaves .put off the flame.
5.add fried green chillies ,cumin seeds,garlic cloves,salt,tamarind and 2 spoons of cucumber pieces in mixie jar and make a paste.
6.add this paste in cucumber pieces and mix well.
7.add fried mustard seeds,urad dal and curry leaves .mix all very well.add coriander leaves also .
8.this is raw cucumber chutney.some people like to blend cucumber pieces also.if you like you can paste total cucumber pieces. then this chutney looks like tomato chutney.
9.very tasty and andhra special chutney is  ready to mix with rice.....
