Chicken fry


chicken fry


Ingredients 

Chicken 1/4 kg
onion 1
red chillies 3
turmeric pinch
salt to taste
red chilie powder 1 spoon
ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
curd 1 spoon
cashew nuts some
curry leaves some
coriander leaves some
oil 4 spoons
garam masala            1 spoon


Method

clean the chicken with plenty of water to remove gems exist on the layers of chicken pieces.
cut onions and green chilles into small pieces.

1. add turmeric ,salt ,red chilles powder ,ginger garlic paste and curd to chicken pieces and mix all very well(apply to chicken pieces).
2.add some water(1/4 cup)  and put on the stove,cook for some time .flame should be in low.
3.after some time water is started to coming from the chicken. 
4.when 3/4 of water is evaporated ,putoff the flame.
5. add oil in a pan (this is not deep fry) 
6.after heating the oil add curry leaves.
7.fried curry leaves take them out  and keep  aside.
8.add cashew nut .after frying the cashew nuts add finely chopped onions and green chilies .
9.fry onions until they turn into golden colour.then add boiled chicken pieces.and mix all well.
10.fry for 5 minutes and add garam masala.taste the chicken pieces.if salt is not enough add some more.
11. chicken pieces turn into brown colour then add coriander leaves and put off the flame.
12.finally add curry leaves.serve hot.
