garam masala 1 spoon
Method
peel the carrot and cut into small pieces.add some water(1/2 cup)and pinch of salt and cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. keep this potato pieces into salt water.
cut green chillies into small pieces.
1.heat oil in a pan.
2.after heating the oil add mustard seeds .when bagan to splutter add cumin seeds.
3.frying the cumin seeds add curry leaves add green chillie pieces.
4.after that add potato pieces .mix all very well and put lid for 5 minutes.
5.cook in a low flame.
6.after that add semi boiled carrot pieces(donot add water).
7.add turmeric and salt and fry for another 5 minutes.
8.finally add garam masala and mix all very well.
9.if you like add coriander leaves.put off the flame.serve hot.
