red chilli powder 1 spoon

coriander leaves some
Method
clean vegetables
cut onions and green chillies into small pieces.
cut tomatoes into small pieces.you can make paste half of the tomatoes quantity (2) and remaining tomatoes to be cut into small pieces.
peel the potatoes.wash them with plenty of water because potato is a root vegetable.so we should wash before peel them and after also better to clean them. cut potatoes your require size (medium size is better).put them in salt water until to add in the curry.
1.heat oil in a pan.
2.after heating the oil add cloves ,elachi and cinnamon .fry for 30 seconds.
3.add onions and green chillie pieces.fry until onions became light brown colour.
4.add mint leaves.mint leaves gives good smell and different taste to the curry. and mint is good antioxidant and boosts immune system.
5.fry mint leaves for 1 minutes.
6.then add potato pieces and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
7. add tomatoes ,salt ,turmeric and cook for sometime.
8.when the water is coming from tomatoes add red chillie powder and mix all very well.cook until water is evaporated.
9.then add 1/4 cup of water and cook for 5 minutes .
10.when tomatoes and potatoes became soft add coriander leaves and put off the flame .serve hot.
11.this is suitable dish for roties also.
12. you can also add ginger garlic paste if you like.but better to avoid to add ginger garlic paste in all curries that is giving the same taste
