Egg Porutu

This is easy curry to prepare even not having any cooking experiene.Many people started to learn cooking with this curry.Iam presenting in easy way but we can add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste if we like.

Ingredients

Eggs 3
Onion 2
green chillies 2
turmeric pinch
salt to taste
red chillie powder 1 spoon
oil 2 spoons



Method
clean onions and green chillies
cut onions and green chillies into small pieces.
1.heat oil in a pan.
2.after heating the oil add finely chopped onions and green chillies.
3.break eggs in a bowl.add turmericsalt  and red chillies power, beat all very well.
3.when onions pieces turn into golden colour add beaten egg mixture and stir well.
4.some people like to add ginger garlic paste.it is gives different taste.if you like you can add ginger garlic paste(1/4 spoon) after onions are fried.
5.after frying the ginger garlic paste add beaten egg mixture and stir well .
6.fry for 5 minutes in low flame.
7.stir the fry and taste it if salt and spicy is enough or not.
8.add salt and red chillie powder if require.
9.fry for 2 to 3 minutes and finally add coriander leaves(optional).
