Tasty Banana MilkShake

This is very simple and easy preparing recipe.Every kid should like to drink this banana milk shake with happily.It is very good beverage for kids to improve their health(with out cooling).Adding banana and milk is essential food items for kids to grow up healthy. If you make this milk shake at home that is hygienic and quality also.For improving the tasty of milk shake we can add dry fruit pieces and scoop of  ice cream    

Ingredients.


sweet banana                2
Milk                                250 ml
sugar or honey              1 spoon
Boost or horlicks            1 spoon
ice cubes                        5 


Preparation


Put the boiled milk in the deep freezer for at least 1 to 2 hours or it become to solid state.

Method


Take a blender and add sliced banana pieces,sugar and freezed milk and  blend it till the mixture is smooth.
If milk is not cool or no time to put the milk in the freezer then add ice cream (1 scoop) and some ice cubes if you want more chill..
Take a glass and pour banana milk shake and sprinkle your favourite milk powder like boost or horlicks and serve it immediately.....

Keep in the mind


we can add cardomom powder also if you  like that flavour.This is optional.
Adding dry fruits pieces also optional.
Immediately making this juice add ice cream(vanilla flavour) and ice cubes to the normal milk.
Some people likes to use coconut milk in the place of  milk.

Dry Fruit Dark Chocolate Recipe

Making chocolates is very easy and interesting recipe for every one.Not only children many people(adults) like to eat chocolate.Eating dark chocolate is very good for health.Dark chocolate controls the stress and good for heart.We all buy at store but if you make this at home that gives lot of satisfaction and happy feeling.


Ingredients


Cocoa powder                 125 grs(1 cup)
cocoa butter                     100 grs(3/4 cup)
powder sugar                  30 grs(1/4 cup)
vanilla extract                  1/4 spoon
dry fruits(nuts)                1/4 cup
ghee                                 1 spoon


Preparation


Fry dry fruits in the ghee until they turn into golden colour.


Method



  • Take a thick bottom vessel and add some water and put on the flame.
  • Place another bowl on the vessel for combining the ingredients correctly.
  • We do not melt the cocoa butter directly.Steaming is important.
  • Put the flame medium to high till water is starting to boil.
  • The bowl also become to heat.
  • Then put the flame medium and add cocoa butter in the bowl.
  • Stir continuously till butter melted.
  • Add cocoa powder,sugar powder,vanilla extract and fried dry fruit pieces and mix all well.
  • When mixture getting to thick then remove the bowl from the steaming vessel and pour the mixture in selected moulds.
  • Keep to cool in the room temperature.
  • Put these moulds in the deep fridge till mixture become strong.
  • Easy and healthy dark chocolate is ready...Enjoy!....



Keep in the mind


Take honey in the place of sugar powder.
Steaming is important.Do not directly boil the butter or cocoa powder.
Adding dry fruits also optional.
With out dry fruits we can make plain dark chocolate that one also very delicious.
We can add coconut oil instead of cocoa butter.

Vegetable Egg Frankie Preparation

Egg frankies or egg rolls is the best food to the children.We can give this as break fast  in the morning time or as snack item in the evening time.Adding semi cooked veggie gives lot of health benefits to their bodies.Eating egg and butter also good for them.For growing children need high calorie diet at the same time that food have to gives strength to their body and bones). I am using wheat flour instead of maida. Wheat flour is best than all purpose flour. We can prepare veg frankies also with out adding egg..That one also good in taste and healthy too....Do not need to cook the veggies for long time.Semi cooked veggies have many nutrients those are essential to our daily needs.

Ingredients




wheat atta 1 cup
salt pinch
oil 2 spoons
onion 1
capsicum 1
carrot 1
green chillies 3
egg 4
salt to taste
pepper powder 3 spoons
coriander powder 1 spoon
coriander leaves few
ginger garlic paste 1 spoon


Preparation


Wash all veggies(onion,green chillies,capsicum,carrot,coriander leaves) and cut into small pieces.
Take a big mixing bowl and add atta,pinch of salt,1/2 spoon of oil and mix well.
Then add water little by little and make a chapati dough.Rest for 20 minutes.
Make chapaties.
Put chapati on heated tawa with out adding oil.
Flip it when one side become to brown dots.
Semi fry the chapaties.
Make ginger garlic paste.
Take a bowl and break 2 eggs and add pinch of salt,some pepper powder,coriander powder and mix all well.

Method



  • Take a pan put on the flame.Add oil and heat it.
  • Add onion pieces and fry for 2 minutes.
  • when onion pieces become to transulent add ginger garlic paste and saute for 1 minute.
  • Add remaining veggie pieces and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.
  • Add salt,coriander powder,pepper powder and saute for 1 minute.
  • Finally add  finely chopped coriander leaves and put off the flame.
  • Take a tawa and put on the flame.
  • Add one spoon of butter or ghee.
  • Pour the beaten egg  mixture on the tawa when butter is  melted.
  • Add semi cooked veggies on the egg mixture.
  • After 15 seconds place the chapati over the veggies and press it with hand or spatula.
  •  Add one spoon of oil if necessary(optional).
  • Flip up the chapati and fry for 1 to 2 minutes and remove from the flame.
  • Very delicious vegetable egg frankies ready to eat with tomato sauce.....enjoy!...


Keep in the mind


Add veggie as per your choice.
we can add finely chopped ginger and  garlic in the place of  ginger garlic paste.
We can use maida(all purpose flour)to making chapaties also.
Adding garam masala gives some different taste.If you like more spicy then add it.

Besan Ladoo recipe

Very easy and quickly preparing sweet item.This is one of the famous diwali prasadams in norh india.Making this laddu, roasting chick pea powder(besan)is very  important.Do not burn the chick pea powder that change the taste of the sweet.Add sugar syrup powder for better taste.You have no time than add sugar powder.


Ingredients


Besan                               1 cup
sugar                                 1/2 cup
Ghee                                 1/4 cup
elachi powder                    pinch
dry fruits                            few


Method


Fry the dry fruit pieces in the ghee.

Preparing sugar syrup powder


  • Take vessel and add sugar and 1/4 cup of water and put this vessel on the flame.
  • Put the flame in medium.
  • When sugar melted stir the mixture continuously.
  • When syrup become to thick consistency then add 2 spoons of ghee and  put off the flame.
  • Keep to cool the syrup at  room temperature.
  • For this continuously stir the mixture.
  • When sugar syrup become to cool then it become as powder.
  • But cooling the sugar syrup we have to stir the mixture continuously then syrup become to powder. 



Making ladoo


  • Take a thick bottom pan and put on the flame.
  • Add besan and roast for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame.
  • stir continuously then besan should not burn.
  • When besan roasted well then nice aroma coming from the it.
  • Then add ghee and stir the mixture.
  • Fry the besan until ghee started to leave the besan.
  • Then put off the flame.
  • Keep to cool the mixture.
  • Add sugar syrup powder,elachi powder and fried dryfruit pieces and mix all well.
  • Add sugar syrup powder after besan completely cool down.Other wise sugar powder may be melt.
  • Take small portion of mixture and make a ball shape(laddu).
  • Place a cashew nut or badam on top of the ladoo.
  • Do all like this.
  • This is very easy recipe and delicious one....


Keep in the mind


For quickly preparing this sweet,add sugar powder instead of sugar syrup powder.
Adding dry fruits is optional.
But adding dry fruits enhance the taste of the recipe.
If the ladoo mixture become dry then melt some ghee and add to it.
If you like more sweet then add 2 to 4 spoons of sugar extra.

Dry Chilli Chicken Recipe

Chilli Chicken is one of the famous and delicious non veg Indo chinese recipes.In india  many people,especially children like to have it.It is different from other non veg recipes taste and more spicy with out adding any masala powder.  Chilli sauce and soya sauce is used for spiciness.Deep fry may be changes to chicken crispy and lost its moisture.For getting juicy and tender chicken pieces brine the chicken.For this add  chicken pieces in salt adding water and keep it in the fridge for over night or at least for 2 hours.

Ingredients




Marination




chicken boneless 200 grs
red chilli sauce 1 spoon
soya sauce 1 spoon
pepper powder 1 spoon
red chilli powder 1 spoon
salt  to taste
corn flour 2 spoons
egg 1
oil for deep fry
................................... 

  
onion 1
capsicum 1
garlic 10 cloves
green chillies 10
spring onions 1
ginger 1 inch
salt to taste
red chilli powder 1/2 spoon
chilli saluce 1 spoon
soya sauce 1/2 spoon
vinegar 1 spoon
sugar 1/2 spoon
pepper powder 1/2 spoon
azinamotto pinch



Preparation


Take  chicken breast pieces and cut into bite size pieces .
Wash with water 2 -4 times.
beat  egg in a bowl.
Then Take a bowl and add corn flour,red chilli sauce,soya sauce,pepper powder,some salt and beaten egg mixture and mix all well.Then add chicken pieces and mix.
Keep to marinate for atleast 2 hours .
Wash all veggeis and cut them into medium size pieces.
Chop ginger and garlic finely.



Method



  • Take a pan and put on the flame and add oil for deep fry.
  • When oil is heated add chicken pieces one by one.
  • Put the flame in medium or low.
  • Flip up the pieces when  once side fried well.
  • When chicken pieces become light yellow colour then remove from the oil.
  • Do not over fry the pieces
  • Fry the chicken pieces 5 to 8 minutes..Other wise chicken pieces become so crispy and hard.
  • Place the pieces in a bowl or paper napkin.
  • Do remaining pieces also like this.
  • Take a pan and put on the flame.
  • Add 2 spoons of oil and heat it.
  • When oil is heated add finely chopped ginger and garlic pieces and saute.
  • Add chopped onion,green chilli pieces and capsicum pieces and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Then add pepper powder,salt,soya sauce,red chilli sauce,sugar,azanamoto and vinegar and saute for 3 to 4 mintues.
  • Add spring onion pieces and toss the pan.
  • Then add fried chicken pieces and toss it.
  • Cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Taste the  recipe if salt is enough or not.
  • If not add more salt.
  • Spicy and tasty chilli chicken is ready to eat with any fried rice varities. 
  • We can eat this as snacks also.

Keep in the mind



Adding azanomoto is optional.
Be careful adding the salt.Not much salt is require for this recipe.

Creamy Mushroom Soup Recipe

This is one of the tasty monsoon recipe, It is very enjoyable to have this hot soup when the rain is sprinkling outside...This is healthy soup also because having mushroom very good for health.But remember one thing cleaning mushroom is very important otherwise it will spoils our health.Add spices according to your taste.Adding milk is optional.In the place of milk we  can add water.This is best soup for vegetarians who are not like to eat mutton or chicken soup...

Ingredients



mushroom 200 grs
onion 1
garlic cloves 4
butter  2 spoon
salt to taste
black pepper powder 2 spoons
bay leaf 1
milk 1 cup
cream 1/2 cup
corn flour 2 spoons
coriander leaves few
nut mug powder pinch


Preparation



Wash mushroom with plenty of water.
Then cut into small pieces.
Wash onion and cut into small pieces.
Finely chop the garlic cloves.
Take coriander leaves and wash and cut  them into small pieces.
Take bowl add corn flour and some water and make a fine paste.


Method




  • Take a vessel and put on the flame.
  • Add butter when vessel is heated.
  • Add bay leaf and saute for 4 seconds.
  • Add finely chopped garlic cloves and fry for 10 seconds.
  • After that add onion pieces and fry until they turn to translucent.
  • Add mushroom pieces and cook.
  • After some time water is coming from the mushroom pieces.
  • Cook until water completely dried up.
  •  Mushrooms become to brown colour.
  • Then take some(1/4) mushroom pieces to mixie jar and make coarse paste.
  • Add this paste.
  • Add corn flour mixture and mix well and saute it.
  • Add salt and pepper powder and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Add milk and mix all well. 
  • Add cream and nut mug powder.Taste it if salt is enough or not.
  • Finally add coriander leaves and put off the flame.
  • Creamy Mushroom soup is ready to have.....Enjoy!



Keep in the mind

Adding nut mug powder is optional.
We can add finely chopped ginger pieces also.
Add fresh cream only that enhance the taste of soup.
After adding the cream put off the flame.

Easy Chocolate Cup Cakes Recipe

This is very one of the easy and quickly preparing baking recipe.we do not get more calories like cakes which has high calorie cream and high amount of sugar.Taking this cup cakes at tea time instead of biscuits or any hot item, gives lot of relief from boring and repeating other snack items.If you like to eat low calorie food then decrease the quantity of butter.Adding dry fruits enhance the taste of the recipe.We can eat cup cakes immediately after baking them even no need to add any cream on the top.That is optional.For attracting the children you can add it. 


Ingredients



Butter 250 grs
flour 250 grs
sugar 250 grs
eggs 4
salt pinch
coco powder 2 spoons
baking powder 1/2 spoon
baking soda 1/4 spoon
dry fruit pieces few
milk 1/4 cup( approx)
vanilla extract 1 spoon
muffns paper cups 15 to 20


preparation



  • Take unsalted butter and Keep it at room temperature .
  • Cut the dry fruits into small pieces.
  • sieve the flour.
  • Break the eggs in a bowl and make a fine whisk  with a spoon or a fork.
  • Take a big  mixing bowl and add butter and beat well.Then add sugar, salt and mix well.
  • Then add coco powder,baking soda and baking powder and mix them well.
  • Add flour and mix well and then add beaten egg mixture.
  • Add milk little by little and make a smooth batter.
  • Mix all ingredients very well and avoid forming any lumps.
  • Finally add vanilla essence and dry fruit pieces to the batter.
  • Take a cup cake baking try(muffins mould) and put muffin cups in it.
  • Add batter into muffin paper cups(fill 3/4 only).
  • Heat the oven 350°F .
  • Put the baking try into the oven and keep to bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
  • After that keep the muffin to cool at room temperature.
  • Add chocolate and cream and icing sugar mixing batter over the cup cakes .This is optional......
  • chocolate cup cakes are ready to eat  with hot tea ......Enjoy!....

we can add vanilla essence instead of vanilla extract.
Adding milk is depend upon the batter consistency.
We can add hot water in the place of milk also.

Vegetable Spring Rolls Recipe

This is one of the  popular indo chinese snack recipe that one is yummy and crispy. This recipe preparation resembles like samosas preparation, very famous snack recipe in india.For making this recipe we can use ready  made spring roll wrappers,available at super markets or home made spring roll wrappers also. Making spring roll wrappers at home is very easy.Home made spring roll wrappers are hygienic and tasty too.. Taking veggie for filling  as per your wish.This spring rolls gives crunchiness from out side and soft and spicy veggie gives smooth taste from inside.


Ingredients




oil 2 spoons
onion 1
green capsicum 1
carrot 1
cabbage small  piece
salt to taste
pepper powder 1 spoon
turmeric pinch
soya sauce 1/2 spoon
french beans 50 grs
noodles 1 cup
oil for deep fry
spring roll wrappers 20
all purpose flour 5 spoons
water 4 spoons



Preparation



Wash all veggies with plenty of water.
Cut them into small pieces.
Cook noodles.
Boil water then add noodles and cook until 80% of noodles cooked.drain it and put it in the net and rinse with  tap water thoroughly and after that drain  the excess of  water.spread them in a plate for avoiding stickiness.keep to cool.
Take a mixing bowl then add maida (all purpose flour) and water make a thick paste.
This batter is useful in sticking the edges of spring roll wrappers.


Method




  • Take a pan and put on the flame.
  • Add 2 spoons of  oil and heat it.
  • Add onion and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add remaining veggies and pepper powder,salt and turmeric and saute well.
  • cook until veggie become tender.60 % cooking is enough.
  • Then add boiled nooodles and mix all well.
  • Cook for an other 2 minutes.
  • Remember that  the mixer should not contain any  moisture or wet.   
  • Filling should be dry.
  • Put off the flame.Keep to cool at room temperature.
  • Take a spring roll wrapper and apply maida batter  around the edges  with finger tips.
  • Add 1 spoon of filling (cooked veggies) at the corner of wrapper and roll it.
  • Stick the edges and both sides also.
  • Sticking is very important.
  • Do all spring rolls like this.
  • Heat the pan and add oil for deep fry.
  • When oil is heated put the flame in medium and add spring rolls one by one.( may be 2 to 3 enough, according to your pan size.).
  • Turn the spring rolls when one side become to golden.
  • Remove the spring rolls from the oil when both sides become to golden colour.
  • Spread these rolls on paper napkins to absorb excess of oil.
  • Eat this spring rolls with tomato sauce....Enjoy!.....

Keep in the mind



Rolling the spring rolls is very important.Stick the edges carefully.
Curry should be dry.
We can add curry leaves and coriander leaves also.
If you want more spicy add garam masala or red chilli powder.

Easy Almond(Badam) Milk Shake Recipe

All age group people can drink almond milk shake daily at any time for healthy life.We can give this shake to children at morning to gives more energy or evening time when they coming from the school with tired faces. This Badam milk shake is good for health and improves eye sight and memory because we are adding real almonds not almond flavours like ready made drinks those are available at markets.Soaking  almond is important because soaked almonds gives number of health benefits and improves digestion also.Do not forget to peel the skin of almond that is not good for digestion.


Ingredients



almond 20
milk 250 liter
sugar 2 spoons
cardomom powder 1/4 spoon
saffron pinch


Preparation


Soak almond in 2 cups of water for 6 to 8 hours.
After that wash 2 to 4 times with water then peel the layer of the skin.
Take 8 almonds and cut  them into small pieces.
Remaining almonds put in a mixie jar and add 2 spoons of water for making smooth paste.
Take milk in a vessel and put on the flame.
When milk is boiling add almond paste,sugar, cardomon powder and saffron and mix all well.
stir for 5  minutes then put off the flame.
Keep at room temperature .
Then add almond pieces and put it in the freezer if you like to drink cool.
Cold and healthy milk shake is ready to drink..Enjoy!!!!

Use soaked almonds .That is good for digestion
Peel the skin of the almond before making the paste.
Adding cardomon is optional if you not like the flavour avoid it.
Adding saffron gives yellow colour to the drink.

Paneer Dum Biryani Preparation

This recipe preparation is just like process of  chicken dum biryani .Any biryani preparation,Marination is very important.Of course marination can take much time to prepare the recipe but that gives awesome taste and paneer pieces can absorb the masalas flavour and every bite of paneer we feel the taste of all ingredients.Adding cream is optional.Sour curd is important ingredient to  this recipe....We can add more veggies as per taste.


Ingredients




paneer 200 grs
basmati rice 250grs
oil 3 spoons
ghee 2 spoons
onion 2
green chillies 5
ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
turmeric pinch
salt to taste
red chilli powder 1 spoon
garam masala 1 spoon
curd 1 cup
mint leaves few
coriander leaves few
coriander powder 1/2 spoon
bay leaf 1
cloves 2
cardomon 2
cinnamon 1 inch 
tomato 1
sugar pinch
cream 1/4 cup
cashew nuts 10
biryani masala 1 spoon



Preparation



Wash onions and cut into long slit pieces.
Take a pan and put on the flame .
Add 1 spoon of oil and heat it.
Add half quantity of onion pieces and fry until it become to  dark golden colour.
Then put them on paper napkins for absorbing excess of oil.
 Wash green chillies and tomato and cut into small pieces.
Cut paneer into your wishing size pieces.
Make ginger garlic paste.
Make garam masala powder.
Make biryani masala powder.
Soak basamati rice for 30 minutes.Take a big mixing bowl and add  creamy curd and skim well.Then add salt,red chilli powder(1/2 spoon),turmeric,mint leaves,coriander  leaves,garam masala,sugar, coriander seed powder,ginger garlic paste,fried onions and biryani masala powder .
Finally add paneer cubes and mix all well.keep to marinate for 1 to 2 hours.
Cook the basmati rice.

Add 1 spoon of oil and salt at the time of water is boiling or before adding rice to boiling water. 
When 80% of  rice is cooked then remove from the flame and drain the excess of water.Rice not to be mushy.


Method




  • Take a thick bottom vessel or pressure cooker and put on the flame.
  • Add oil when vessel is heated.
  • When oil is heated add ghee.
  • Add masala ingredients like cloves,cinnamon,cardomom and bay leaf.
  • Saute it.
  • Add cashew nuts and fry until they become to golden colour.
  • Add onions and green chillies and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes and cook until they become to mushy.
  • Add some salt,pinch of turmeric and mix well. 
  • Then add marinated paneer and spread it on bottom of the vessel.
  • Then add 80% cooked basmati rice as layer.
  • Add saffron milk(optional) to get nice colour to the biryani.
  • Spread some coriander leaves and 1/2 spoon of  rose water(optional).
  • Add 1/4 cup of water .
  • Put the lid tightly like dum.
  • Put the flame medium for 2  minutes then turn into low for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Put off the flame.Do not open the lid immediately after swith off the gas.
  • Keep for 20 to 30 minutes then open the lid and  gently mix the rice and paneer and serve with raita or any other gravy curry.
  • Of course without any side dish we can eat this delicious dum biryani....Enjoy !...   

Keep in the mind


We can make this recipe with left over rice also.But should be grainy not mushy..
Marination is very important.Marinate the  paneer pieces  at least for 1 hour.
Adding cream is optional.
If you want to like more spicy then add more red chilli powder,garam masala and other spicy ingredients.
We can use tomato sauce in the place of tomato pieces.Soak the basmati rice  to get long grains structure and  reduce the time of cooking also.
