Green vada Mint vada

chana dal vada
Ingredients


chana dal 1 glass(200 grs)
salt to taste
green chillies 6
ginger small piece
mint some
coriander leaves some
curry leaves some
onion 1
oil for deep fry



Method

soak chana dal for 2 hours.
wash chana dal with water and strain from water.
1.add chana dal in mixie jar without adding any water.
2.add salt and make a coarse paste.
3.wash onion, mint,coriander leaves,curry leaves,green chillies in water.
4.cut onions and green chillies into small pieces.
5.wash ginger and peel it and cut into small pieces.
6. add chanadal paste ,onion pieces,ginger pieces,green chillie pieces, mint leaves,curry leaves,coriander leaves in a mixing bowl.and mix all very well.
7.taste the batter if salt is enough or not.
8.add oil in  pan  for deep fry.
9.after heating the oil take batter  small ball size.put this batter on milk cover or any polythin paper and make flate shape (vada shape).
10.put this on heated oil.fry until vada become light brown shade.
11.  then turn it and that side also fry until brown shade comes.
12.with mint flavour chana dal vada is ready....
