Gobi 65

cauliflower recipe
Ingredients

cauliflower florates 1 cup
dry chillies 3
ginger garlic paste 1 spoon
besan 4 spoons
rice flour 2 spoons
corn flour 1 spoon
turmeric pinch
red chillie powder 1/2 spoon
salt to taste
garam masala 1 spoon
lemon juice 1/2 spoon
oil 6 spoons
mustard seeds 1/4 spoon
cumin seeds 1/4 spoon
onion 1 finely chopped
green chillies 3
ginger small piece chopped finely
garlic 4 cloves chopped finely
curry leaves some
coriander leaves some



Method
cut cauliflower florates into small pieces
boil some water in a vessel. add cauliflower florates when the water is boiling and cook for 5 minutes in medium flame. water should be cover all cauliflower florates.when cauliflower florates semi cooked    drained them from water.
1.add dry chillies, ginger garlic paste(or add ginger pieces,garlic pieces) and some water in a mixie jar and make a fine paste.
2.add boiled cauliflower florates in a mixing bowl .
3.  apply dry chillie paste on cauliflower florates.mix them well.
4.add besan,rice flour ,corn flour,garam masala,salt,red chilli powder,turmeric, lemon juice and some water .mix all very well.
keep aside.malinate for 30 minutes .
5.add oil in a pan.
6.when oil heated place some batter cotted cauliflower florates in heating oil .and fry in medium flame.
7.when one side of florates colour changed turn other side and fry for some time.keep them aside.
8.all  batter cotted cauliflower florates fried like this .keep all aside.
9.add mustard seeds in 1 spoon of oil.
10.when mustard seeds started to crackle add cumin seeds , finely chopped ginger and  garlic .
11.fry for 1minute then add curry leaves.
12.add finely chopped onions and green chillies and fry till onions become golden colour.
13.add salt to taste.then add fried cauliflower florates and mix all very well.put  off the flame.
14.serve hot.eat with tomato ketchup gives delious taste.
adding more rice flour gives crisy gobi 65.
