Daily habbits for good health

1. Take 3 bananas daily( one at breakfast,one at lunch and one at dinner )to avoid heart storke.
2. Take 2glasses of water in earlymorning (empty stomach ) for      increasing the  metabolism,weight loss purpose and activate internal organs.
3.  Drink one cup milk daily for strong bones.
4.  Take  4 almonds daily for brain development 
5.  Eat one basil(tulasi) leave daily for prevent cancer.
6.  Lemon juice helps to removes excess of fat in our body.
7.  Drink minimum 3 liters of water to cure many health  problems.
8.  Take any  two fruit daily(seasonal fruits best to take).
9.  avoid late night meals.
10. food items which are in white colour good for bones and teeth.
11. fiber food items prevents constipation problem. oats,corn,brown rise and all leafy green vegetables have high rich in fiber.
12.Take 2 boiled egg whites for good source of protein to build our muscle strong.
13. honey is a natural sweetner, gives immediate energy to our body.
14.coconut water is like syline,gives instant energy .
15.pine apple juice is more effective than cough syrup.
16.start your day to drink green tea.
17.grapes are good for blood circulation.
