erra goduma ravva 1cup
(juvva ravva)
jaggery 1 1/4cup
cashewnut 10
kismis 10
ghee 1cup
water 4cups
Method
1.take 1/2cup of water in a vessel and add jaggery pieces and boil until jaggery syrup become like honey constitency.
2.take a pan add 2spoon of ghee.
3.after melting the ghee ,fry cashew nuts and kismis.keep them aside .
4. add ravva and fry for 5minutes in medium flame.
5.take a bowl and add 4cups of water and boil.
6.when the water is boiling add fried ravva and stir well.
7.when 3/4 of ravva is cooked add jaggery syrup and mix well.
8. add ghee and stir the mixer well.
9.if you stir correctly the sweet constitency comes good.
10.finally add fried cashewnuts and kismis.
