semya (vermicilli) payasam sago payasam

For semya(vermicilli) payasam better to take creamy milk for delicious tasty.don't afraid about creamy milk add some water when milk is boiling.
semya payasam

ingredients

creamy milk       - 1cup
water                  -2cups
vermicilli           -1cup
sago                   -1/2cup
sugar                  -11/2cups
 ghee                  -4spoons
cashew nuts       -10
raisins              -10
elachi                -5


soak sago with 1/4cup of water.
add 2 spoons of ghee
after ghee heated add cashew and kismiss .fry cashew and kismiss until golden shade come .take them into a bowl.
add remaining ghee ,when ghee heated add vermicilli .don't fry long time that may be chage the colour of vermicilli.if vermicilli colour change payasam colour doesn't remain in white colour.
add 1cup of milk and 2cups of water in a bowl and put it on a stove.
when milk is boiled add sago which is soaked previously.
add vermicilli when sago semi cooked. cooking for sago will take much time but vermicilli cook very fast (nearly takes 2 minutes).
add elachi and fried cashew and raisins.
put off flame then add sugar.and stir very well until mix super in payasam.at hot stage payasam looks like liquid when it is cooled it change into thick form.
