healthy drink

This drink gives lot of energy and  contains low calories.so you dont gain  weight  to drink this juice at the same time your stamina increases more to do workouts energitically.

Ingredients


low fat milk     1cup
badam              4
akhrot             2
oats                 2spoons
peanut butter  1spoon
honey             1spoon
any fruit (banana,karbuja,papaya,pine apple)-1/4piece of the fruit.

Preparation

peel the fruit (which one you want to add this juice) and cut into  the pieces.

Method


1.Add all above ingredients in the juicer jar or blender.
2.blend them .if you want add 1/2cup water(depends upon thickness of the juice).take this juice  30minutes before doing exercises.
