This is very simple and easy preparing recipe.Every kid should like to drink this banana milk shake with happily.It is very good beverage for kids to improve their health(with out cooling).Adding banana and milk is essential food items for kids to grow up healthy. If you make this milk shake at home that is hygienic and quality also.For improving the tasty of milk shake we can add dry fruit pieces and scoop of ice cream
Ingredients.
sweet banana 2
Milk 250 ml
sugar or honey 1 spoon
Boost or horlicks 1 spoon
ice cubes 5
Preparation
Put the boiled milk in the deep freezer for at least 1 to 2 hours or it become to solid state.
Method
Take a blender and add sliced banana pieces,sugar and freezed milk and blend it till the mixture is smooth.
If milk is not cool or no time to put the milk in the freezer then add ice cream (1 scoop) and some ice cubes if you want more chill..
Take a glass and pour banana milk shake and sprinkle your favourite milk powder like boost or horlicks and serve it immediately.....
Keep in the mind
we can add cardomom powder also if you like that flavour.This is optional.
Adding dry fruits pieces also optional.
Immediately making this juice add ice cream(vanilla flavour) and ice cubes to the normal milk.
Some people likes to use coconut milk in the place of milk.

Preparation
Soak almond in 2 cups of water for 6 to 8 hours.
After that wash 2 to 4 times with water then peel the layer of the skin.
Take 8 almonds and cut them into small pieces.
Remaining almonds put in a mixie jar and add 2 spoons of water for making smooth paste.
Take milk in a vessel and put on the flame.
When milk is boiling add almond paste,sugar, cardomon powder and saffron and mix all well.
stir for 5 minutes then put off the flame.
Keep at room temperature .
Then add almond pieces and put it in the freezer if you like to drink cool.
Cold and healthy milk shake is ready to drink..Enjoy!!!!

Use soaked almonds .That is good for digestion
Peel the skin of the almond before making the paste.
Adding cardomon is optional if you not like the flavour avoid it.
Adding saffron gives yellow colour to the drink.

Instant coffee or bru .......1spoon
warm water 1/4 cup
sugar 3 spoons
chilled milk 2 cups
ice cream(optional) 2 spoons
ice cubs 6 to 8
Preparation
1.Add coffee powder in a glass or a bowl.
2.Add warm water little by little to coffee powder and mix with to dissolve it completely.
3.Take a blender and pour this coffee water and sugar and blend it well.
4.Then add ice cubes and blend well.
5.If you want more chilled add more ice cubes.
6.Then add chilled fat milk and blend well till they become to frothy.
7.Pour this cold coffee immediately to serving glass with froth .Other wise froth may be reduce and the appearence of the coffee is not looking good.
8.If you like ice cream you can add one scoop also.This is optional.

If instant coffee powder is not available, we can make this drink with ordinary coffee powder.
Take 1 spoon of coffee powder and 1 spoon of coco powder and add 1 cup of water and boil for 5 to 6 minutes.Then filter this water and use this, instead of instant coffee powder...
Adding ice cubes is as per like.
Reduce ice cubes quantity for thick coffee milk shake and take very chillied milk.
This is instant juice , very easy to prepare and needs only 3 ingredients but feels energitic and tasty too....Taking lemon can increase our immune system because lemon has vitamin C...
Diabetic people can add sugarless powder instead of sugar.
Ingredients
Lemon juice 1 cup
water 1 cup
sugar 2 cups
Preparation
Take a vessel and add water and sugar for making sugar syrup.
Put this vessel on the flame and cook until sugar completely dissolved in the water .then put off the flame and fliter this sugar syrup and allow to cool.
filter the lemon juice also.
Add this juice to sugar syrup when it completely came to room temperature.
Mix the squash very well.
And pour in dried and clean bottle and kept in the freezer.
For making lemon juice add 2 to 3 spoons of lemon squash and add 200 ml water and ice cubes and mix all well. and drink this instant juice in the hot summer....enjoy!

If you like adding salt then add pinch of salt at the time of making lemon squash.

Wash watermelon with plenty of water very carefully because many pesticides use to spray over the fruit.
Remove green layer of the watermelon .Remove black seeds also.Tender white seeds are good for health.Do not remove tender white seeds.Cut the red colour portion into pieces.

Take a blend or juicer and add watermelon pieces,sugar and ice cubes and make a juice.You can add ice cubes after making the juice also.There is no need to add water or milk to making of this juice.Watermelon contains more water that is enough to make the juice.
