Every one loves to eat tasty desserts.but when we  take  delicious food we dont feel difficult  to eat but when we try to  burn these  calories we feel difficult to do workouts.In lunch better to take food  not exceeded 500 calories.
losing calories  depends on weight of the person.suppose your weight is 55kgs you have to do these workouts to burn lunch calories(nearly 450cals)
1.walking: walk 2hours .(or)
2.jogging: brisk walk 80 minutes.(or)
3.running:60 minutes runing.(or)
4.cycling:60 minutes cycling.(or)
 5.gardening(planting trees):90minutes gardening.(or)
6.playing with kids in 75 minutes(1hour 15minutes) can lose 400cals.(or)
7.do yoga  2hours.(or)
8. do aerobics  dancing exercises in 60minutes.(or)
9.swimming(general):swim 80minutes.(or)
10.skipping:(40minutes)
