1. sugar has high calorie content that gives energy to the body.
2. sugarcane has so many minerals and vitamins but in industrial sugar we get only small amount of minerals and vitamins.
3. sugar is mixer of fractose(no need of our body) and glucose(needs our body). Our body can convert fats and proteins into glucose.so sugar is not only the main source of glucose to get our body.Taking excess of sugar may become fat.So Better to take small amount of sugar daily.(of course children may take).
