This is very one of the easy and quickly preparing baking recipe.we do not get more calories like cakes which has high calorie cream and high amount of sugar.Taking this cup cakes at tea time instead of biscuits or any hot item, gives lot of relief from boring and repeating other snack items.If you like to eat low calorie food then decrease the quantity of butter.Adding dry fruits enhance the taste of the recipe.We can eat cup cakes immediately after baking them even no need to add any cream on the top.That is optional.For attracting the children you can add it.

preparation
- Take unsalted butter and Keep it at room temperature .
- Cut the dry fruits into small pieces.
- sieve the flour.
- Break the eggs in a bowl and make a fine whisk with a spoon or a fork.
- Take a big mixing bowl and add butter and beat well.Then add sugar, salt and mix well.
- Then add coco powder,baking soda and baking powder and mix them well.
- Add flour and mix well and then add beaten egg mixture.
- Add milk little by little and make a smooth batter.
- Mix all ingredients very well and avoid forming any lumps.
- Finally add vanilla essence and dry fruit pieces to the batter.
- Take a cup cake baking try(muffins mould) and put muffin cups in it.
- Add batter into muffin paper cups(fill 3/4 only).
- Heat the oven 350°F .
- Put the baking try into the oven and keep to bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
- After that keep the muffin to cool at room temperature.
- Add chocolate and cream and icing sugar mixing batter over the cup cakes .This is optional......
- chocolate cup cakes are ready to eat with hot tea ......Enjoy!....
Keep in the mind
we can add vanilla essence instead of vanilla extract.
Adding milk is depend upon the batter consistency.
We can add hot water in the place of milk also.
Adding chocolate cream mixture over the cup cakes is optional.
We can add tutti fruity in the place of dry fruits.
Add dry fruits on the top of the cup cake if you like.
This is very easy and tasty and hygenic home made biscuits.Normally cakes and biscuits will make using microwave oven.Many people do not have microwave oven.But they like to prepare biscuits and cakes at home.In that case we should use pan or tawa or pressure cooker using sand or salt as heat absorbent .Home made items are Good for your kids and we dont add hormeful items in that recipes...So prepare this biscuits at home and enjoy the taste of it......

Preparation
Take a big mixing bowl and add butter and beat well until butter melt completely .
Then add sugar powder and mix with beater or with spoon.
Then add milk powder,custard powder,salt and cardomom powder(optional) and mix all well.
Add maida or all purpose flour and mix all well.
Finally add milk and make a dough.
Do not add any water or any other liquids to make a dough.
Only 2 to 4 spoons of milk is require.
Cover the dough with towel or plate and Rest for 20 to 30 minutes.
After that take a small portion of dough and make a 1inch thin chapati.
Take a mould or round shape small lid or any thing and put on the chapati and press over it.
Make biscuits as your wishing shapes.
Method
If you have micro wave oven, spread biscuits on greased baking tray and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 180 c
We can bake this biscuits without oven using pressure cooker or tawa .
Take a tawa or pan and put on the flame .
Pour sand or salt for 1 inch height and spread it all over the pan and put the flame high for 10 to 15 minutes.
Put a stand on the sand and place the baking plate on the stand.
Cover the biscuits plate with lid.
Then put the flame in low and cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
It is depend upon the temperature of the sand If sand heat is high then baking time is decrease, if not baking time will take nearly 30 minutes.
Biscuits will remove easily from the plate if baked correctly
Eat this hygenic and no preservative biscuits with cup of hot tea or coffee.....
Keep in the mind
If you donot like to add maida,you can add atta in that place.
Adding dry fruits is optional.But it enchace the taste of the biscuits...
You can add ghee in the place of butter..
If your children do not like the flavour of cardomom then avoid to add it in the biscuit mixture..
This cake is made with out egg and butter. I am used oil and curd instead of them.There is no change of tasty with out egg and butter. The cake is very delicious and puffy.We will get very smooth and spongy like texture and flavour also children lovable one..

Preparation
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C for 10 minutes.
Sieve the flour .
Take a big mixing bowl and add curd and sugar and skim well with using whisk.
Add baking soda and baking powder and beat all well.
Keep to rest for 5 minutes until bubble formed on the surface of the mixture.
Then add oil and vanilla essence and mix well.
Finally add finely sieved flour and mix well with spatula and make a smooth paste.
And pour this paste on greased baking pan.
Place it in pre heated oven and bake for 30 minutes on 180 C until top become to brown colour.
Cake is ready to eat with tea...
Keep in the mind
Use smell less oil. and better to use sunflower or olive oil.
Test the cake if it is baked correctly.Pick a tooth pick or knife in the center of the baked cake.If edges of pick or knife do not have any particles of cake indicates that cake is baked well.
Use pressure cooker if you do not have oven....

Preparation
Pre heat the oven to 230 degrees C.
Take a big mixing bowl.Add maida(all purpose flour),backing powder and salt and mix all well.
Add butter and mix well.
Add milk little by little and make a fine dough.
Roll dough out 1/2 inch thick sheat and cut into your wishing size or round shape.
Place the biscuits on backing sheat and put it on the pre heated oven and bake until biscuits become to light golden colour..
